Worship at Ascension
The Holy Eucharist is celebrated every Sunday at 10:30 AM with a spirit-filled diversity reflected in our music, scripture, preaching, and congregation. The Ascension Singers lead and inspire us during the normal choral season (mid Sept - May), and our Director of Music utilizes both the organ and piano for everything from chant through gospel and contemporary sounds. Dynamic, prophetic preaching is another hallmark of Ascension's Liturgy. Afterwards all continue celebrating in our Coffee Hour.
A Healing Liturgy is held the first Sunday of every month during the regular Liturgy. Those suffering in body, mind or spirit are invited to the front of church, annointed with holy oil and receive a special blessing.
